Prohibition of Text Messaging and E-mailing While Driving During Official Federal Grant Business. Contractor and its employees and representatives are prohibited from text messaging while driving a government owned vehicle, while driving their own privately-owned vehicle during official contract business, and from using government supplied electronic equipment to text message or email when driving.
