Common use of Prohibition of Alcoholic Beverage Advertising Clause in Contracts

Prohibition of Alcoholic Beverage Advertising. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that no advertising of alcoholic beverages is allowed on the Premises. For purposes of this Section, “alcoholic beverage” shall be defined as set forth in California Business and Professions Code Section 23004, and shall not include cleaning solutions, medical supplies and other products and substances not intended for drinking. This advertising prohibition includes the placement of the name of a company producing, selling or distributing alcoholic beverages or the name of any alcoholic beverage in any promotion of any event or product.
