Prohibited Signage and Other Items. Any signs, notices, logos, pictures, names or advertisements which are installed on the exterior of the Building and that have not been separately approved by Landlord may be removed without notice by Landlord at the sole expense of Tenant. Except as expressly provided herein, Tenant may not install any signs on the exterior or roof of the Project or the Common Areas. Any signs, window coverings, or blinds (even if the same are located behind the Landlord-approved window coverings for the Building), or other items visible from the exterior of the Premises or Building, shall be subject to the prior approval of Landlord, in its reasonable discretion. 55 Mountain View Research Park ViewRay, Inc.
