Common use of Progress Measurement Clause in Contracts

Progress Measurement. The requirement of technical skills will be based on the Ministry’s criteria in which, a basic, intermediate and advanced course will be completed with a passing grade identified by the Ministry. In the event of a failure, the Trades Apprenticeship Committee will determine the action to be taken, which may include re- testing the failed work after a suitable study period. A trainee will be allowed only one failure during any twelve-month period.
