Programs Utilizing Multiple Funding Sources. For programs in which there are sources of funds in addition to WIA Grant funds, Vendor shall provide proof of such funding. The City shall not pay for any services provided by Vendor which are funded by other sources. All restrictions and/or requirements provided for in this Agreement relative to accounting, budgeting and reporting apply to the total program regardless of funding sources.
