Programs and Coverage. 9.8.1 The District will provide for the health and insurance plans noted below and make contributions to those plans as noted: a. Medical b. Dental c. Vision d. Group Term Life Insurance 9.8.2 Maximum Contribution, Eighty Percent (80%) of the Average of All Medical Benefits Plans Offered The Parties entered into a Joint Health Care Coalition (JHCC) Agreement in September, 2022 which is incorporated by this reference. (Attachment JHCC Agreement regarding District’s Maximum Contribution toward medical benefit premium costs.) Unit members shall be responsible for medical costs that exceed the District’s maximum contribution.
