Program Sites Clause Samples

The "Program Sites" clause defines the specific locations where a program, service, or activity will be conducted or delivered. It typically lists the physical addresses or geographic areas covered under the agreement, and may outline any requirements or restrictions related to these sites, such as accessibility standards or approval processes for adding new locations. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of where obligations will be performed, reducing the risk of disputes over service delivery areas and helping to manage logistical expectations.
