Program Reporting Requirements. 5.2.1 The parties agree to establish and maintain procedures for gathering and retrieving data generated by their participation in the program. Such documentation shall be in a form and substance that will enable PROBATION to prepare progress reports, as follows: 5.2.1.1 Semiannual progress reports that describe program activities, and a summary achieving the goals and objectives of this MOU, within thirty (30) days after the end of the reporting periods, which are September 1 through February 28, and March 1 through August 31.
