Program Protection. To protect both our interests, for each Program, you agree to: • allow access to it (if it is a data base) only to your employees; • ensure that anyone who uses it (accessed either locally or remotely) does so only for reasons related to your authorized use and complies with our terms regarding Programs; and • maintain records of all copies and, if the Program is one for which you are required to provide Designated Machine identification to us, you agree to maintain records of the location of all copies.
