Program Performance Measures. 1. Contractor shall administer the same district and state-required assessments in the same manner and timeframe. and follow, at a minimum, the same promotion and graduation requirements as all MPS schools, as described in the MPS Administrative Policy 7.37, Graduation Requirements, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Appendix D, or as approved in writing by the Director of Contracted School Services. In addition to the minimum statutory requirements, Contractor shall require student to earn at least a total of 18 credits to graduate. Contractor shall comply with the assessment and accountability provisions of P.L. 114-95, Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015 (ESSA) as they are made applicable to MPS and Contractor.

Contractor shall comply with the assessment and accountability provisions of No Child Left Behind Act, 20 U.S.C. § 6301 et seq., P.L. 114-95, Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015 (ESSA) as they are made applicable to MPS and Contractor.
