Program of Requirements. The School District is requesting architectural services for the design and construction of the: MADRAS ELEMENTARY AND BUFF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS Basic program outline is as follows: Madras Elementary School •New single-ply roof, insulation, parapet cap replacement •New HVAC Controls •New accessible entry ramp •Upgrade restrooms for accessibility, finishes and equipment •Mitigation of hazardous materials •New fire alarm system Buff Elementary School •Some roofing upgrades •New gas fired high-efficiency roof top units •New HVAC control Building Commissioning (including mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems) by an independent agent will be incorporated into the design and construction of this facility. Exhibit B 21 -EXHIBIT C- SCOPE OF SERVICES The Basic Services listed below and to be performed by the Architect consist of professional tasks and have as their objective the design, technical documents and construction administration to provide the Owner with a complete and properly functioning facility. The Basic Services shall be performed in accordance with the standard of care set forth in this Agreement. The facility shall meet the Program of Requirements and comply with applicable codes and laws, and be completed on a timely basis within the approved construction budget. The services are described under the Project Phases in which they customarily occur. This order is for convenience only and does not necessarily reflect the sequence in which a service will actually be performed, or necessarily limit the Project, or a designated portion of the Project, to one of each Phase. All work and milestone completions shall be performed as per the Proposed Project Schedule, noted in Section II, Part B of the Architectural Services RFP. In addition, this proposal shall include all design possibilities relating to sustainable design and energy efficient building operation systems.

  • Basic Requirements To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program, all of the following basic requirements must be met, as well as any applicable additional requirements: • The primary address for your PayPal account must be in the United States. • The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped, except for items subject to the Intangible Goods Additional Requirements. Transactions involving items that you deliver in person in connection with payment made in your physical store, may also be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program so long as the buyer paid for the transaction in person by using a PayPal goods and services QR code. • You must ship the item to the shipping address on the Transaction Details page in your PayPal account for the transaction.   • Compliance with Regulatory Requirements Upon demand by Lender, Borrower shall reimburse Lender for Lender’s additional costs and/or reductions in the amount of principal or interest received or receivable by Lender if at any time after the date of this Agreement any law, treaty or regulation or any change in any law, treaty or regulation or the interpretation thereof by any Governmental Authority charged with the administration thereof or any other authority having jurisdiction over Lender or the Loans, whether or not having the force of law, shall impose, modify or deem applicable any reserve and/or special deposit requirement against or in respect of assets held by or deposits in or for the account of the Loans by Lender or impose on Lender any other condition with respect to this Agreement or the Loans, the result of which is to either increase the cost to Lender of making or maintaining the Loans or to reduce the amount of principal or interest received or receivable by Lender with respect to such Loans. Said additional costs and/or reductions will be those which directly result from the imposition of such requirement or condition on the making or maintaining of such Loans.

  • Health Requirements This is an active trip that requires you to make a realistic assessment of your health. To enjoy the trips as intended, a minimum level of fitness is required. All Participants are expected to be in active good health, to be comfortable traveling as part of a group, and to be ready to experience cultural differences with grace. Air Journey will require prior notice if any participant has any physical or other condition or disability that would prevent them from participating in active elements of any trip and/or could create a hazard to him or herself or to other members of the group. Air Journey may require guests to produce a doctor’s certificate certifying that they are fit to participate. Any physical condition requiring special attention, diet, or treatment should be reported in writing when the reservation is made. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Participants with special needs; however, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs. . Walking and climbing stairs are required in many hotels and airports, and are part of many excursions. If you require a slower pace, extra assistance, or the use of a cane or walking stick, arrangements will be made for private touring at each destination, if necessary, at the discretion of our Journey staff. Any extra cost for such arrangements will be the responsibility of the Participant. If you would like to forego some of the scheduled sightseeing to rejuvenate and relax, please feel free to do so at any time. Acting reasonably, if Air Journey is unable to properly accommodate the need of the person(s) concerned or believes that health and safety may be compromised, Air Journey reserves the right to refuse participation. Air Journey also reserves the right to remove from the trip, at the participant’s own expense, anyone whose physical condition or conduct negatively impacts the enjoyment of the other guests or disrupts the tour. Malaria and other diseases may be present in some of the countries featured in this itinerary; proof of yellow fever inoculation may be required. For the latest recommendations on specific health precautions for the areas you will visit, consult your physician and the Centers for Disease Control. The participant represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. Itinerary Changes The itinerary and Journey leaders are subject to modification and change by Air Journey. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the Journey as planned; however, should unforeseen world events and conditions require our itinerary to be altered, Air Journey reserves the right to do so for the safety and best interest of the group without prior notification or consultation. The operation of these flights is subject to the foreign governments involved granting landing rights for the flight. If the air carrier cannot obtain these rights for any particular flight leg of the Journey, that flight leg will be canceled and alternative arrangements may be made, at the discretion of Air Journey. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.

  • Specific Requirements 7.4.1 Workers’ compensation insurance with statutory limits required by South Dakota law. Coverage B-Employer’s Liability coverage of not less than $500,000 each accident, $500,000 disease-policy limit, and $500,000 disease-each employee.

Registry Operator shall comply with relevant existing RFCs and those published in the future by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), including all successor standards, modifications or additions thereto relating to the DNS and name server operations including without limitation RFCs 1034, 1035, 1123, 1982, 2181, 2182, 2671, 3226, 3596, 3597, 4343, and 5966. DNS labels may only include hyphens in the third and fourth position if they represent valid IDNs (as specified above) in their ASCII encoding (e.g., “xn--ndk061n”).

  • Support Requirements If there is a dispute between the awarded vendor and TIPS Member, TIPS or its representatives may assist, at TIPS sole discretion, in conflict resolution or third party (mandatory mediation), if requested by either party. TIPS, or its representatives, reserves the right to inspect any project and audit the awarded vendors TIPS project files, documentation and correspondence. Status of TIPS Members as Related to This Agreement TIPS Members stand in the place of TIPS as related to this agreement and have the same access to the proposal information and all related documents. TIPS Members have all the same rights under the awarded Agreement as TIPS.

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse.
