Program Goals and Description of Service Flow. The Contractor’s primary goals will be to offer a wide range of career and employment related services and activities as specified by the ACSSA’s WBA department. Such approved services and activities, as administered by the Contractor, will enhance a participant’s ability to stay engaged in the upfront service activities (Orientation, Appraisal, Job Club/Job Search, Assessment) as well as to follow through on the goals and objectives of their employment and training plans. The Contractor shall be expected to have the combined capacity to provide employment and training services to approximately 30 to 40 participants on a weekly basis for County referred CalWORKs and CalFresh E&T individuals. Program Goals and Description of Service Flow. The Contractor’s primary goals will be to offer a wide range of career and employment related services and activities as specified by the Alameda County Social Services Agency’s Department of Workforce and Benefits Administration. Such approved services and activities, as administered by the Contractor, will enhance a participant’s ability to stay engaged in the upfront service activities as well as to follow through on the goals and objectives of their employment and training plans. The Contractor will be expected to have the combined capacity to provide employment and training services to approximately 4 to 8 participants on a weekly basis for County referred CalWORKs and CalFresh E&T individuals. PROGRAM GOALS Program Orientation/Appraisal (1) CalWORKs (2) CalFresh E&T One weekly, day long group Orientation – approximately 4 individuals Approximately 3 One- On-One Orientation Sessions per week Contractor will conduct outreach and ensure that participants complete all phases of the Orientation Process. Employment Plans (1) Welfare-to-Work Plans (2) Individual Employment Plans Capacity to complete approximately 8 plans per week Contractor will ensure that all participants who are program ready, complete a plan. Job Club (1) CalWORKs (2) CalFresh E&T Capacity to accommodate approximately 15 individuals per week Contractor will provide job preparation and job search preparatory training and support. GED (1) CalWORKs (2) CalFresh E&T Capacity to refer individuals to GED preparatory and testing sites as needed. Contractor will collaborate and partner with GED preparatory and testing service sites. Job Placement Services (1) CalWORKs (2) CalFresh E&T Capacity to assist approximately 15 job ready participants at any given time with conducting a job search. Contractor will assist program participants who are job ready with attaining employment. Job Retention & Reemployment 1. CalWORKs 2. CalFresh E&T Capacity to track and monitor approximately 30 employed individuals during their 180-day employment period. Contractor will provide ongoing follow up case management services as needed to ensure that participants stay employed and/or are reconnected to their ACSSA job developer for reemployment services.

  • Completion of Services (a) The Customer must:

  • General Description of Services The A-E will be contacted by COUNTY Project Management staff on an “as-needed” basis as projects arise to provide A-E for professional services. Requirements will be discussed by both Parties and A-E shall prepare a written Scope Statement that will include the specific work to be performed, including the costs and time required to complete the project/task. Orange COUNTY Project Management staff will then review the A-E’s Scope Statement, proceed with negotiation of task costs and when satisfied, issue a Contract Task Order (CTO) against this CONTRACT. The A-E shall serve as lead of a design team that may include other construction design professionals working together to ensure that the original design is carried through to the finished product, with no alterations in materials or design that would lead to safety issues or compromise the quality of the building or building component. Other team members who may be retained by the lead to support a project as a consultant may include but are not limited to landscape architects, lighting designers, data consultants, security consultants, controls engineers, commissioning consultants, traffic engineers, surveyors, estimators, special inspection, etc. The A-E shall be responsible for the preparation of comprehensive building assessments, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and reports within the scope of the Contract Task Order (CTO). In the preparation of construction drawings and specification, the A-E shall also responsible for:

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets:

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • Performance of Services The Contractor is responsible for fully meeting all obligations set forth in the Contract and for providing Product in accordance with the Contract or any Authorized User Agreement.

  • Performance of Service 2.1 Appendix A (General Provisions), Articles 1 through 16, governs the performance of services under this contract. 2.2 Appendix B sets forth the liability and insurance provisions of this contract. 2.3 Appendix C sets forth the services to be performed by the contractor. ARTICLE 3.

  • Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.
