  • Program Overview Microsoft extends to eligible partners the opportunity to participate in the Program referenced above subject to these Program Terms & Conditions (“Program Terms”). Each entity participating in the Program is hereinafter referred to as a “Participant.” Participation in the Program is voluntary.
