Program Attendance. The Programs include a specific number of sessions. If You miss a scheduled session, You forfeit that session and it cannot be rescheduled. If You are assigned a Group or Team, Your opportunity to work with other participants is limited to those in Your assigned Group or Team, and ends with the final session unless further Programs are arranged. Program Mentors: 3 Key Elements reserves the right to substitute or reassign the Program mentor at any time, at 3 Key Elements’ sole discretion, without refund. Program Participation: Participation in the Programs is voluntary and the results You experience are based upon Your level of participation:

Program Attendance. Hospital shall reimburse or pay for the reasonable costs of the Group Practitioner’s attendance at one or more leadership, administrative, performance improvement and/or quality programs for the benefit of Hospital, including tuition, travel, room and board; provided, however, that (i) Hospital has requested that Group Practitioner attend such program or Group has obtained prior written approval of Hospital to attend such programs, (ii) the expenses are approved in advance by Hospital, (iii) such programs and expenses meet the requirements for reimbursement or payment under applicable Hospital Rules, and (iv) Group submits receipts to Hospital within sixty (60) days of attending any such programs.
Program Attendance. A. The Provider shall track attendance for each child and promote regular attendance.
Program Attendance. The Training Participant must attend all online Zoom Video Conference sessions of Modules 1 to 5 (with a minimum online live face-to-face attendance of at least 80%), plus complete all module homework tasks and assessments in order to receive EMK Certification. The Training Participant must be visible by video in each live online Zoom Video Conferencing session for attendance to be recorded. If any of the online live face-to-face sessions are missed, in part or in entirety and for any reason, the Training Participant can choose to organise a one-on-one training session/s with Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx (“Trainer”) at a future time or can be a Training Participant of a future EMK Practitioner Certification Training Program for modules missed. Making up lost time is the responsibility of the Training Participant, not the Trainer, and further costs will be incurred for additional time the Trainer needs to spend with the Training Participant in order to carry out the training modules.

  • Attendance Use best efforts to attend scheduled meetings of Company’s Board of Directors;

  • Meeting Attendance The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.

  • Conference Attendance Effective October 1, 1996, unit employees shall be entitled to up to four (4) days administrative leave of absence within any two consecutive fiscal years subject to the following conditions:

  • Court Attendance Any employee covered by this Agreement who may be required to attend any commission, court or hearing, to give evidence in any case, civil or criminal respecting the hotel in which they are employed, shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.

  • Attendance Incentive It is the desire of both the Employer and the Union to provide consistent quality bus service for all students. It is also a mutual desire to have qualified permanent District bus drivers available to drive all identified bus routes. Based on this mutual interest, the parties agree to this Attendance Incentive program during the life of the Agreement:

  • Perfect Attendance Regular full-time employees who do not utilize any sick leave in a calendar year (i.e., pay period 1 through pay period 26 or 27, when applicable, of the same year), and who do not record any sick leave without pay or absent without pay during that year, shall receive a one (1) year’s paid membership in a Human Resources approved health facility or utilization of perfect attendance leave. The paid health facility membership shall not exceed the cost of a one (1) year paid membership at the lowest cost County approved facility. In lieu of a Human Resources approved health facility membership, the employee has the option of utilizing sixteen (16) hours of perfect attendance leave, no cash-out provision, from the period of time the perfect attendance is granted until the end of that calendar year. Failure to utilize perfect attendance leave within the subsequent calendar year shall result in forfeiture of the same.

  • Attendance Policy In order to maximize learning opportunities, attendance is expected at all college and clinical sessions. Campus laboratory classes are usually demonstrations of essential nursing skills. There is no effective way to “make-up” missed laboratory classes, therefore the instructor may require attendance. For all clinical absences, the student must call the clinical setting a minimum of 30 minutes before the scheduled beginning time of the clinical session that will be missed and leave a message for the appropriate instructor. Any exception to this rule will be noted in writing in the individual course syllabus and green sheet. Students who miss more than 10% of the clinical days in a course may not be able to meet course objectives. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the appropriate instructor to determine “make- up” assignments for all absences. If a student has excess absences as defined in a particular course, the student’s status may be reviewed by the nursing faculty. The student may not be able to satisfactorily meet course objectives and may earn a failing grade.

  • PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE 19.01 When a designated Company official requires an employee to be present at any meeting called by the Company, time spent at such a meeting shall be considered as time worked.

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.

  • Attendance Incentive Program In January of the year following any year in which a minimum of sixty (60) days of leave for illness or injury is accrued, and each January thereafter, any eligible employee may exercise an option to receive remuneration for unused leave for illness or injury accumulated in the previous year at a rate equal to one (1) day of monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days of accrued leave for illness or injury in excess of sixty (60) days. Leave for illness or injury for which compensation has been received shall be deducted from accrued leave for illness or injury at the rate of four (4) days for every one (1) day of monetary compensation; provided, however, no employee shall receive compensation under this section for any portion of leave for illness or injury accumulated at a rate in excess of one (1) day per month. At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death an eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1) day of current monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days accrued leave for illness or injury. The provisions of this section shall be administered in accordance with state law and applicable state rules and regulations. Should the legislature revoke any benefits granted under this section, no affected employee shall be entitled thereafter to receive such benefits as matter of contractual right.
