Program and Curriculum. In carrying out its responsibility for establishing curriculum and program, the Board shall consider the recommendations of the teachers, teacher committees, and the Administration.
Program and Curriculum. Items of program and curriculum concern should be initiated no later than March 1 so as to be properly studied and implemented for the fall school term, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Program and Curriculum. The Academy shall be responsible, subject to review and approval by the RESA, to develop and implement a delivery curriculum model, which shall include a description of the educational programs, curriculum and content standards for each program offered by the Academy (the “Program and Curriculum”). The current version of the Program and Curriculum, which has been approved by the RESA pursuant to this paragraph, is attached to and incorporated by reference in this Agreement as Exhibit C.
