Common use of Professors Clause in Contracts

Professors. On the recommendation of the Search Committee and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Vice-President Academic, an employee initially appointed as a full-time Professor shall be appointed either with tenure, in accordance with Article 13.3.5, or for a period of probation not exceeding two years.
