Common use of Professional Services Revenues Clause in Contracts

Professional Services Revenues. The term "Professional Services ------------------------------ Revenues" shall mean the sum of (i) all professional fees actually recorded each month on an accrual basis under GAAP (net of Adjustments) as a result of Medical Services and related health care services rendered by Physicians, Optometrists and Designated Allied Health Professionals, whether rendered in an outpatient or inpatient setting, as well as customary professional fees for the fitting of contact lenses, and (ii) Professional Services Capitation allocated to Professional Service Revenues.

The term "Professional Services ------------------------------ Revenues" shall mean the sum of (i) all professional fees actually recorded each month on an accrual basis under GAAP (net of Adjustments) as a result of Medical Services and related health care professional dental services rendered by Physiciansthe Dentists, Optometrists and Designated Allied Health Professionals(ii) Capitation Revenues allocated by Manager to Professional Services Revenues, whether rendered in an outpatient (iii) income produced from the services of physician assistants or inpatient setting, as well as customary professional fees for the fitting of contact lensesextenders, and (iiiv) Professional Services Capitation allocated all revenue or contributions relating to Professional Service Revenuesresearch activities by dentists of the Association as part of their employment with Association.
