Outside Activities 23:01 Employees shall be free to engage in any activities outside of working hours, provided such activities do not consist of service performed in direct competition with the Employer, and do not result in any conflict of interest with respect to the employee’s duties with the newspaper. Exempt from this section is any agreement existing between The Beacon Herald and The Canadian Press.
