Professional Engineering Services. For and in consideration of payment by the City as provided under the “Payment for Engineering Services” section of this Agreement, Consultant shall perform the work described in the manner provided or required by the following Scope of Services, which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Exhibit A, all of said services to be done in a competent, efficient, timely, good and workmanlike manner and in compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
