Professional Engineering Services. For and in consideration of payment by the City as provided under the “Payment for Engineering Services” section of this Agreement, Consultant shall perform the work described in the manner provided or required by the following Scope of Services, which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Exhibit A, all of said services to be done in a competent, efficient, timely, good and workmanlike manner and in compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement. Professional Engineering Services. Contract No. 2256, an agreement for Professional Engineering Services entered into on January 4, 2022 by and between Xxxxx County, Ohio acting and through its Board of Commissioners, hereinafter called the “BOARD” and Northeast Energy Systems, LLC, hereinafter called the “CONTRACTOR”. Said agreement provided for corrective repair services on the two (2) Jenbacher Generators at the Water Resource Recovery Facility. The BOARD AND CONTRACTOR have agreed that additional maintenance is needed on the Jenbacher units prior to commissioning. Therefore, the BOARD and CONTRACTOR, for the mutual consideration herein contained and specified, have agreed and do hereby agree as follows:

Professional Engineering Services. Exponent Engineering shall undertake to provide professional engineering services from time to time to clients of Exponent, or clients introduced to Exponent Engineering by Exponent, when and as reasonably requested by Exponent (collectively, the “Services”). All such Services shall be performed in accordance with applicable professional standards and any related laws, rules or regulations, and any applicable policies and procedures of Exponent.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures. A copy of these policies and procedures shall be made available to the CONTRACTOR upon request.
