Common use of Professional Employee Discipline Clause in Contracts

Professional Employee Discipline. 23.1 A professional employee shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association present during any meeting that may lead to disciplinary action. When a request for such representation is made, no action shall be taken with respect to the professional employee until such representative of the Association is present. If disciplinary action is likely to occur at a given meeting, the professional employee shall be advised immediately of said possibility.
