Common use of Production Reports Clause in Contracts

Production Reports. Provider will submit to Off-Taker a production report for each production shift summarizing the Coke quality and Tonnage of Conforming Coke produced as mutually agreed by the Parties at the commencement of the Initial Operating Period.
