Production Reports. Nationwide will deliver to NISC the items listed in Production Reports to be Provided, attached hereto as EXHIBIT C, and incorporated herein by reference.
Production Reports. As soon as available and in any event within 60 days after the end of each fiscal quarter, commencing with the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2007, a report certified by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent prepared by the Borrower covering each of the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and detailing quarterly on a field by field basis (i) the production, revenue, and price information and associated operating expenses for each such quarter, (ii) any changes to any producing reservoir, production equipment, or producing well during each such quarter, which changes could cause a Material Adverse Change, and (iii) any sales of the Borrower's or any Subsidiaries' Oil and Gas Properties during each such quarter;
Production Reports a. Lessee shall keep an accurate account of all mining operations under this lease, including production sales, prices and dates of same, and shall submit to Lessor at the time of each quarterly payment of production royalties, a certified statement in duplicate, showing the quantities of nonmetallic minerals and/or nonmetallic mineral products produced in the past quarter, the quantities sold and quantities otherwise disposed of from the leased premises and methods used to determine same.
Production Reports a. Lessee shall keep an accurate account of all mining operations under this lease, including daily production volumes and shall submit to Lessor at the time of each monthly payment of production royalties, a signed statement showing the quantities of the specified nonmetallic minerals, and/or nonmetallic mineral products produced in the past month. The quantities sold and their sales value, quantities otherwise disposed of from the leased premises and methods used to determine same shall be submitted at lease termination. All specified nonmetallic minerals or nonmetallic mineral products produced from the leased premises and further processed or combined with other materials within the mining operation or leased area shall be weighed, gauged or measured prior to any additional processing or combining with other materials.
Production Reports. As soon as available and in any event within forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter, a quarterly production report including volumes, revenue, and lease operating expenses attributable to the Oil and Gas Properties included in the most recently delivered Reserve Report.

As soon as available and in any event within 45 days after the end of each fiscal quarter, commencing with the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2010, a report certified by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent prepared by the Borrower covering each of the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries and detailing on a quarterly basis (i) the production, revenue, and associated lease operating statements for the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries containing Proven Reserves in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, together with a certificate signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower as to the truth and accuracy of such analyses in all material respects; (ii) any changes to any producing reservoir, production equipment, or producing well from the report delivered for the preceding fiscal quarter, which changes could cause a Material Adverse Change and (iii) any sales of the Borrower's or any Restricted Subsidiaries' Oil and Gas Properties since the delivery of the report for the preceding fiscal quarter;
Production Reports. Provider will submit to Off-Taker a production report for each production shift summarizing the Coke quality and Tonnage of Conforming Coke produced as mutually agreed by the Parties at the commencement of the Initial Operating Period.

As soon as available and in any event within 60 days after the end of each fiscal quarter, commencing with the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2008, a report certified by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent prepared by the Borrower (i) covering each of the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and detailing on a quarterly basis (A) the production, revenue, and price information and associated operating expenses for each such quarter, (B) any changes to any producing reservoir, production equipment, or producing well during each such quarter, which changes could cause a Material Adverse Change and (C) any sales of the Borrower’s or any Subsidiaries’ Oil and Gas Properties during each such quarter; and (ii) setting forth a true and complete list of all Hedge Contracts of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and detailing the material terms thereof (including the type, term, effective date, termination date and notional amounts or volumes), the net xxxx to market value thereof, all credit support agreements relating thereto (including any margin required or supplied), and the counterparty to each such agreement;
