Common use of Production Report and Lease Operating Statements Clause in Contracts

Production Report and Lease Operating Statements. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12(a), a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-current fiscal year to date, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month.

Production Report and Lease Operating Statements. Concurrently with the delivery of any each Reserve Report required to the Administrative Agent be delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(a), the Borrower shall provide to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-then current fiscal year to date, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted SubsidiariesLoan Parties, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month.

Concurrently with the each delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent a certificate pursuant to Section 8.12(a8.12(c), a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-then current fiscal year to datethe date of such Reserve Report (to the extent production, sales, tax and expense data is then available), the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted SubsidiariesProperties, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month, and setting forth the operator of record for the Oil and Gas Properties.

Concurrently with With the delivery of any (i) Reserve Report to Reports under Section 8.12 and (ii) quarterly financial statements under Section 8.01(b) for the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12(a)first and third fiscal quarters of each year, a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-then current fiscal year to datedate on a production date basis, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted SubsidiariesProperties, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month.

Concurrently with the any delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to financial statements under Section 8.12(a8.01(a) or Section 8.01(b), a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-then current fiscal year to datedate through and including the last day of the fiscal quarter for which financial statements are being delivered, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted SubsidiariesProperties, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month.

Concurrently with the any delivery of any a Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to under Section 8.12(a)8.12, (i) a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-then current fiscal year to date, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted SubsidiariesGuarantors, and (ii) a report setting forth forth, for each calendar quarter during the then current fiscal year to date, the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto to such production and incurred for each such calendar monthquarter.

Concurrently with the delivery of any each Reserve Report Report, a report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12(a)Agent, a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-then current fiscal year to date, the processed volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted SubsidiariesProperties, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred processed for each such calendar month.

Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12(a)8.12 hereunder, a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-then current fiscal year to datedate through and including the last day of the fiscal quarter for which financial statements are being delivered, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted SubsidiariesProperties, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month.

Concurrently In connection with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12(a)5.11, a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-then current fiscal year to date, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month.

Production Report and Lease Operating Statements. Concurrently with the delivery of any each Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12(a)hereunder, (i) a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-current fiscal year to dateprior twelve (12) month period, on a field by field summary basis and an aggregate summary basis, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiariesits subsidiaries, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month, and (ii) a Projected Production Report.

Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12(a2.07,8.01(o), a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then-current fiscal year to date, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted SubsidiariesProperties, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month.
