Product Plan. The parties will jointly develop the Product Plan as soon as practicable after the execution hereof. Any change or additions to the Product Plan must be mutually agreed by the parties. The Product Plan wilt ▇▇▇sist of an editorial plan, a site production and hosting plan and Site links.
