PROCESSING OF EVALUATIONS Sample Clauses
The "Processing of Evaluations" clause defines the procedures and responsibilities for handling evaluations, such as performance reviews, assessments, or feedback, within a contractual or organizational context. It typically outlines who is responsible for conducting evaluations, the timelines for completion, and the methods or criteria to be used. For example, it may specify that evaluations must be documented in writing and shared with relevant parties within a set period. The core function of this clause is to ensure that evaluations are conducted consistently and transparently, thereby promoting fairness and accountability in the evaluation process.

2. Transmitting such evaluations in appropriate opaque envelopes and filing same as soon as practicable.
3. Furnishing the teacher with a copy of the evaluation prior to filing.
4. Apprising those secretaries who process evaluations of these procedures. Secretaries immediately responsible to an Administrator who processes evaluations are considered “authorized personnel.”
