Processing Conditions. Personal data is processed in a limited way under the following conditions. These conditions are; - In case that relevant activity regarding the processing of your personal data is clearly contemplated in the law, - In case that being processed of your personal data by Covtex Feizy is directly relevant and necessary for the establishment or performance of a agreement, - In case that processing of personal data is necessary for Covtex Feizy in order to fulfill its legal obligation, -Provided that personal data are made known by the people group; in case that being processed by Covtex Feizy for the purpose of making it known in limited way, - In case that the being processed of personal data by Covtex Feizy is necessary for the establishment, use or protection of the rights of Covtex Feizy or person groups or third parties, -Without prejudice to the fundamental rights and freedoms of person groups, in case that Covtex Feizy should perform personal data processing for the legitimate interests of itself, -In case that being processed of personal data by Covtex Feizy is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person concerned or someone else, and in this case, the person is unable to express his consent because of actual impossibility or legal invalidity. If and to the extent of the absence of the above-mentioned conditions; Covtex Feizy asks for the explicit consent of the personal data owners to perform personal data processing.

Processing Conditions. General compliance obligations Each party will comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Laws. The obligations in this Data Processing Agreement are in addition to, and do not relieve, remove or replace, a party’s obligations or rights under the Data Protection Laws. If a law, court, regulator or Supervisory Authority requires the Partner to process or disclose Personal Data, the Partner must first inform UoD of the legal or regulatory requirement and give UoD an opportunity to object or challenge the requirement, unless the law prohibits such notice; ensure that persons who have access to and/or process the Personal Data are obliged to keep the Personal Data confidential; take all measures required pursuant to Article 32 (Security of processing) of the GDPR; not appoint another Processor without the prior written consent of UoD (which consent may be provided in the Processing Details in respect of the Approved Sub-processors); taking into account the nature of the processing, assist UoD by appropriate technical and organisational measures for the fulfilment of UoD’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising Data Subjects’ rights laid down in Chapter III (Rights of the Data Subject) of the UK GDPR; assist UoD in ensuring UoD’s compliance with its ...
