Processing Conditions. 11.2.1. The employee and/or the Guild may elect to use this grievance procedure whenever the employee and/or the Guild believes a misapplication or misinterpretation of the Agreement has aggrieved them, or to seek redress of disciplinary action imposed against an employee. 11.2.2. The written grievance must be filed with the (lowest level supervisor that has the ability to address the grievance) Operations Chief, Division Manager, and/or Director within fifteen (15) calendar days of the occurrence of the action or inaction complained of, or within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date when the aggrieved employee knew or should have reasonably known of the occurrence of such action or inaction, whichever is later. 11.2.3. Failure to file within said time lines shall render the grievance moot and incapable of redress. Failure of the employee/Guild to meet the time limits set forth herein, shall cause the previously filed grievance to become moot and incapable of further redress. 11.2.4. Upon mutual written agreement, the parties may suspend or extend the time deadlines for any or all particular steps of this grievance procedure. 11.2.5. Failure of the Director or Employer to act by response within the time deadline set forth herein shall enable the employee/Guild to proceed to the next step in this procedure.
Processing Conditions. 3.1. Dokobit shall process the Customer Data in order to provide Services. 3.2. Dokobit shall process personal data of such categories of data subjects that the Customer uploads or submits when using the Services. 3.3. Dokobit shall process the Customer Data from the moment the Customer uploads or submits them when using the Services until the removal thereof by the Customer but no longer than specified in Article 13.2 of this Data Processing Agreement. 3.4. Dokobit shall ensure for the Customer Data to be processed in the European Economic Area.
Processing Conditions. Personal data is processed in a limited way under the following conditions. These conditions are; - In case that relevant activity regarding the processing of your personal data is clearly contemplated in the law, - In case that being processed of your personal data by Covtex Feizy is directly relevant and necessary for the establishment or performance of a agreement, - In case that processing of personal data is necessary for Covtex Feizy in order to fulfill its legal obligation, -Provided that personal data are made known by the people group; in case that being processed by Covtex Feizy for the purpose of making it known in limited way, - In case that the being processed of personal data by Covtex Feizy is necessary for the establishment, use or protection of the rights of Covtex Feizy or person groups or third parties, -Without prejudice to the fundamental rights and freedoms of person groups, in case that Covtex Feizy should perform personal data processing for the legitimate interests of itself, -In case that being processed of personal data by Covtex Feizy is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person concerned or someone else, and in this case, the person is unable to express his consent because of actual impossibility or legal invalidity. If and to the extent of the absence of the above-mentioned conditions; Covtex Feizy asks for the explicit consent of the personal data owners to perform personal data processing.
Processing Conditions. 3.1. Dokobit shall process the Customer Data in order to provide Services. 3.2. Dokobit shall process personal data of such categories of data subjects that the Customer uploads or submits when using the Services. This may include, but is not limited to, name, surname, organisation, position, date of birth, personal code, phone number etc. Please note that this is a non- exhaustive list and may vary in every case, including, but not limited to, depending on the nature and contents of the Customer Data provided by the Customer (or third party where the Customer acts as a data processor) to Dokobit when using the Services. 3.3. Dokobit shall process the Customer Data from the moment the Customer uploads or submits it when using the Services until the removal thereof by the Customer but no longer than specified in Article 13.2 of this Data Processing Agreement. 3.4. Dokobit shall ensure that the Customer Data is processed in the European Economic Area and shall not engage Sub-Processors operating outside of the European Economic Area.
