PROCESS TWO. MSL may use the recovery CD for the product (if any) that ships with, or is designated by IBM for, the Product to Preload Software Images onto each such Product. MSL will maintain the recovery CD in a secure area until it is used for installation and returned to a secure place or packaged with the Product or its accompanying ship group. MSL shall run image verification testing on all Products Preloaded using a recovery CD; and/or
