Process for Board of Arbitration. The Board of Arbitration shall be composed of one (1) person appointed by the Company, one (1) person appointed by the Union, and a third person to act as Chairperson chosen by the other two (2) members of the Board. Within fourteen (14) calendar days following the request of either party for a Board of Arbitration, each party shall notify the other of the name of the appointee.
