Process Flow Diagrams. The complete set of non-proprietary flow diagrams with all updates and modifications depicting process steps and interconnecting streams with qualitative descriptions of the process steps.
Process Flow Diagrams. Gadzoox Microsystems shall submit a process flow diagram from raw material receipt to product shipment. The process diagram identifies the main steps, branches, and eventual outcome of the process. The following information should be included within the diagram or can be a part of the Process Management Plan (PMP): A. Sub-tier suppliers, port numbers and purchased components B. Receiving inspection requirements at Gadzoox Microsystems C. Test locations and equipment type at Gadzoox Microsystems D. Inspection stations, parameters monitored, location, and equipment type at Gadzoox Microsystems E. Storage/Queue locations.
Process Flow Diagrams. (PFD) – Identifies all major equipment, process piping and process control loops in the Unit for normal operation. Heat & Material Balance will be included on the PFD with all major process stream properties identified.
