Common use of Problem Solving Stage Clause in Contracts

Problem Solving Stage. Should an issue arise, an ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ effort shall be made by the employee(s), and /or Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, to settle the issue with the Supervisor. They have up to fourteen (14) calendar days to resolve the issue. If not resolved, the Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, with or without the grievor(s) have up to fourteen (14) calendar days to submit the grievance in writing to the Manager or delegate.
