Common use of Problem Solving Stage Clause in Contracts

Problem Solving Stage. Should an issue arise, an ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ effort shall be made by the employee(s), with or without a Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, to settle the issue with the Supervisor. If they are unable to resolve the issue within seven (7) working days, the Chief Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, with or without the grievor(s) have seven (7) working days to submit the grievance in writing to the Department Head or delegate.
