  • No Liability of County’s Personnel All covenants, stipulations, promises, agreements and obligations of the County contained herein shall be deemed to be covenants, stipulations, promises, agreements and obligations of the County and shall be binding upon any member of the County Council or any elected official, officer, agent, servant or employee of the County only in his or her official capacity and not in his or her individual capacity, and no recourse shall be had for the payment of any moneys hereunder against any member of the governing body of the County or any elected official, officer, agent, servants or employee of the County and no recourse shall be had against any member of the County Council or any elected official, officer, agent, servant or employee of the County for the performance of any of the covenants and agreements of the County herein contained or for any claims based thereon except solely in their official capacity.

  • Liability of the Parties 5.1. The Parties shall be liable for non performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

  • Application of Excess Liability Coverage Contractors may use a combination of primary, and excess insurance policies which provide coverage as broad as (“follow form” over) the underlying primary policies, to satisfy the Required Insurance provisions.

  • Possibility of Declining a Request 1. The requested Party shall not be required to obtain or provide information that the applicant Party would not be able to obtain under its own laws for purposes of the administration or enforcement of its own tax laws.   • General Liability Coverage The CONTRACTOR shall maintain commercial general liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. If a commercial general liability insurance form or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to the work to be performed under this Agreement or the general aggregate limit shall be at least twice the required occurrence limit.

  • Liability Coverage For the benefit of System Agency, Grantee will at all times maintain liability insurance coverage, referred to in Tex. Gov. Code § 2261.102, as “director and officer liability coverage” or similar coverage for all persons in management or governing positions within Grantee’s organization or with management or governing authority over Grantee’s organization (collectively “responsible persons”). Grantee will:

  • Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.

  • LIABILITY OF OTHERS Nothing in this Contract shall be construed to impose any liability upon the Government to persons, firms, associations, or corporations engaged by Contractor as servants, agents, or independent contractors, or in any other capacity whatsoever, or make Government liable to any such persons, firms, associations, or corporations for the acts, omissions, liabilities, obligations and taxes of Contractor of whatsoever nature, including but not limited to unemployment insurance, gross receipt, excise, and social security taxes for Contractor, its servants, agents or independent contractors.

  • RESPONDENT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY The Respondent shall be liable for all damages to government-owned, leased, or occupied property and equipment caused by the Respondent and its employees, agents, subcontractors, and suppliers, including any delivery or cartage company, in connection with any performance pursuant to the Contract. The Respondent shall notify the City of Xxxxxx Procurement Manager in writing of any such damage within one (1) calendar day.
