Qualifications and Training. The Supplier Personnel assigned to perform the Services will have appropriate skills, experience and training to enable them to perform such Services in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with generally accepted industry standards. Throughout the Term, the Supplier will establish and maintain policies, procedures and training programs reasonably designed to assist Supplier Personnel in complying with the Supplier’s duties and obligations under this Agreement.
Qualifications and Training. 5.1 The Consultancy warrants to the Employment Business and the Client that it will provide full and accurate information regarding the skills, qualifications and any authorisations (whether required by Statute or any professional or governing body) of its Staff and any substitutes and sub-contractors used in accordance with the terms of this contract necessary to perform the Consultancy Services.
5.2 The Consultancy shall bear the cost of any training which its Staff may require in order to satisfactorily perform the Consultancy Services.
Qualifications and Training. On appointment, an ELICOS Teacher will be placed on a salary level commensurate with the minimum salary level for their qualifications and experience by reference to the following: ▪ Category A commences at Level 3; ▪ Category B commences at Level 2; ▪ Category C commences at Level l; and progresses to a maximum of Level 8. Teacher Categories Based on an assessment of an ELICOS Teacher's qualifications, the Teacher will be assigned to one of the following categories: Category A Degree and Diploma of Education or equivalent and either a diploma in TESOL (e.g. Dip RSA, Grad Dip TESOL); or post graduate diploma in applied linguistics, languages other than English (LOTE), multicultural education. Category B Degree and Diploma of Education or equivalent plus recognised TESOL certificate; or Degree and Diploma including LOTE/TESOL method. Category C Any Degree, plus a recognised TESOL certificate; or any Degree/ Diploma, including LOTE/TESOL method. Teachers will be accredited with teaching experience and be allocated a higher salary in accordance with the following: ▪ One increment for each year of full-time TESOL teaching or equivalent. ▪ One increment for each two years of full-time teaching in other subjects including other languages to a maxi mum of three increments.

Employees, who are presently non-CDL qualified and elect to bid to transfer to a gaining terminal that requires CDL qualified employees, shall be provided a sixty (60) day training period in order to become CDL qualified. The training period shall com- mence from the date the employee becomes a successful bidder and the Company shall furnish training personnel and equipment at the location where the employee is currently domiciled or oth- erwise as mutually agreed to. Qualifications and Training a. Prior to implementation of this AFA, the Parties will mutually develop standard Volunteer Position Descriptions (VPDs) for the duties historically performed by Volunteers at NBRC. The VPDs will include the general duties and qualification standards, including safety trainings and certifications required for each Volunteer position. The VPDs will include lists of any required personal protective equipment that must be provided to the Volunteer.
b. Prior to being assigned duties, all Volunteers will attend an NBRC Volunteer orientation training program. The orientation training will be developed jointly by the Service’s Outdoor Recreation Planner and the CSKT Wildlife Refuge Specialist (or designee), and will be offered to Volunteer applicants not less than semi-annually, or as often as requested by either Party.
c. The orientation training program will include at a minimum: the Parties’ expectations for a safe workplace; the Parties’ zero tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind; the history and culture of the CSKT; the history and mission of the NWRS and NBRC; and the Tribal Self- Governance Act laws and policies. Upon completion of the orientation, Volunteers will be required to sign statements acknowledging their training. Once applicant Volunteers have completed any trainings or certifications identified in their VPDs, they will be qualified for duty at NBRC.
Qualifications and Training. Procedures will be established by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to assure that all personnel are adequately educated and routinely trained according to cGMP regulations and job functions. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will maintain and record training documents, and will provide evidence of personnel qualification and routine training to BioTE immediately upon request.

ADCRR will ensure the persons designated as ADA Administrator and Facility ADA Coordinators are knowledgeable about the requirements of the ADA and about assistive technologies, auxiliary aids and services, and reasonable modifications relevant to incarcerated persons with vision disabilities or that they promptly receive training on such topics consistent with Section III.N. below.

Qualifications and Training. The CONTRACTOR shall be qualified to practice law in the State of Washington during the entire period of this contract. If this provision is breached, the JUDGE shall have the authority to terminate this agreement immediately by providing written notice to the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall complete a minimum of seven (7) hours of continuing education per year relevant to the provisions of indigent legal defense as specified in Pacific County Ordinance No. 159. The CONTRACTOR(s) acknowledges that he is subject to the Standards for Indigent Defense promulgated by the Washington State Supreme Court and incorporated in criminal court rules.
Qualifications and Training. Each driver shall:
1. Be clean and neat in appearance; refrain from use of tobacco while on school premises, use no profane language in the presence of school children, and at no time be under the influence of drugs, alcohol or other substances which could impair the driver’s judgments or driving ability.
2. Attend and participate in conferences and training classes for school bus drivers and be familiar with traffic laws and driving skills.
3. Study and observe all laws and regulations (state, county and local) relating to the service of transportation.
4. Maintain proper certifications, as required by state law (physical examination, license, etc.)
