Pro Rata Portion in Certain Circumstances. If an employee who is required to pay a representation fee under Article II, Section 2.15 of the Agreement is employed on a part-time basis, or for less than a full contract year, the representation fee for that employee for said contract year will be a pro rata portion of the annual fee, based on the number of days or proportion of time actually worked during said year rounded to nearest month.
