PRO-RATA PAYMENT OF ANNUAL UNIFORM. EQUIPMENT ALLOWANCES Effective July 1, 2010, or the date of ratification, An annual uniform/equipment allowance of $800.00 $1000.00 shall be payable in semi-annual payments, each consisting of 50% of the annual amount. These payments will be made on or about January 15 and July 15.

An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.

  • Payment Terms – Payment in Arrears A. Invoices are to be submitted in arrears to the user agency/department to the ship- to address, unless otherwise directed in this CONTRACT. Payment will be net 30 days after receipt of an invoice in a format acceptable to the County of Orange and verified and approved by the agency/department and subject to routine processing requirements. The responsibility for providing an acceptable invoice rests with the CONTRACTOR.
