Common use of Priority of Work Clause in Contracts

Priority of Work. The Company reserves the right to maintain all existing and future partnerships with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Controls Group (or any other facility management group as Corporately directed) and will continue to honor all agreements for said partnership relative to the management of maintenance facilities. All provisions of the Collective Agreement and all related benefits, when applicable, shall apply to the Skilled Trades, except as otherwise expressly provided for in Article 26. The Skilled Trades covered by this article constitute those trades for which an apprenticeship is usually served together with those classifications which form a part of an apprenticeable trade.
