Priority and Return of Capital. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement, no Member or Economic Interest Owner shall have the right to demand or receive property; nor shall such Member or Economic Interest Owner have priority over any other Member or Economic Interest Owner, either as to the return of Capital Contributions or as to any distributions pursuant to Article 4, except as otherwise specifically set forth herein.
