Prior Obligations Unaffected. Except as otherwise provided herein, nothing in this Decommissioning Agreement will be deemed to relieve the Parties of their obligations in effect prior to the Effective Date and such obligations will continue in full force and effect until satisfied or as otherwise mutually agreed.

  • LESSOR OBLIGATIONS 3.1 - The Lessor shall furnish to the Lessee and pay the cost of the following:
