Common use of Prior Agreement Superseded Clause in Contracts

Prior Agreement Superseded. This Agreement supersedes the Business Loan Agreement entered into as of February 28, 2003, between the Bank and the Borrower, and any credit outstanding thereunder shall be deemed to be outstanding under this Agreement.

Prior Agreement Superseded. This Agreement supersedes the Business Loan Agreement entered into as of February 28June 19, 20031998, between the Bank and the BorrowerBorrower (as the same has been previously amended), and any credit outstanding thereunder shall be deemed to be outstanding under this Agreement.
