PRICING; INVOICES; PAYMENT TERMS AND REBATES. (a) Pricing and Invoices. Using the SAL and PL unit prices stated in the Price List, Xxcrosoft will invoice you monthly based upon the number of SALs and PLs reported in your Monthly Use Report. Your monthly invoice will include any internal use of the Software Products as reported by you in your Monthly Use Report.

  • Payment Terms and Billing (1) Payment shall be made only after the Client Agency receives and accepts the Goods or Services and after it receives a properly completed invoice. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, payment for all accepted Goods or Services shall be due within forty-five (45) days after acceptance of the Goods or Services, or thirty (30) days if the Contractor is a certified small contractor or minority business enterprise as defined in Conn. Gen.

  • Discounts, Rebates and Refunds Cash discounts obtained on payments made by the Construction Manager shall accrue to the Owner. Trade discounts, rebated, refunds, and amounts received from sales of surplus materials and equipment shall accrue to the Owner and the Construction Manager shall make provisions so they can be secured.

  • Fees; Payment Terms a) You will pay the fees for the Licensed Products, maintenance, training and any other fees described in an Order (which may include financing provisions). All fees and any applicable taxes are due and payable within 30 days from the date of our invoice. You will pay a late charge of 1.5% per month or the highest amount permitted by law, whichever is less, on any fees not paid by the due date.   • Invoices; Payment The City will accept invoices no more frequently than once per month. Each invoice shall fully detail the related costs and shall specify the status of the particular task or project as of the date of the invoice with regard to the accepted schedule for that task or project. Payment will be made within forty-five (45) days after receipt of an invoice acceptable to the City, in accordance with the Florida Local Government Prompt Payment Act. If, at any time during the contract, the City shall not approve or accept the Contractor's work product, and agreement cannot be reached between the City and the Contractor to resolve the problem to the City's satisfaction, the City shall negotiate with the Contractor on a payment for the work completed and usable to the City.

  • Origination; Payment Terms The Mortgage Loan was originated by a mortgagee approved by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to Sections 203 and 211 of the National Housing Act, a savings and loan association, a savings bank, a commercial bank, credit union, insurance company or other similar institution which is supervised and examined by a federal or state authority, except with respect to a Mortgage Loan purchased from a correspondent as indicated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule. Principal payments on the Mortgage Loan commenced no more than seventy days after funds were disbursed in connection with the Mortgage Loan. Unless specified on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule as an interest-only loan or a Balloon Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Note is payable in equal monthly installments of principal and interest, which installments of interest, with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, are subject to change due to the adjustments to the Mortgage Interest Rate on each Interest Rate Adjustment Date, with interest calculated and payable in arrears, sufficient to amortize the Mortgage Loan fully by the stated maturity date, over an original term of not more than thirty years from commencement of amortization (or forty years for Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as a Balloon Mortgage Loan with a forty year amortization period). Unless otherwise specified on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, the Mortgage Loan is payable on the first day of each month and the Mortgage Loan does not require a balloon payment on its stated maturity date;

  • PAYMENT TERMS/PRE-PAYMENT/QUANTITY DISOUNTS If discounts for accelerated payment, pre-payment, progress payment, or quantity discounts are offered, they must be clearly indicated in the Contractor’s submission prior to contract award. The applicability or acceptance of these terms is at the discretion of the Customer.

  • PAYMENT TERMS/DISCOUNTS The County’s payment terms are in accordance with Florida Statute 218, Local Government Prompt Payment Act. Cash discounts for prompt payment shall not be considered in determining the lowest net cost for bid evaluation purposes.
