Pricing Adjustments. A. The Contractor, in connection with any proposal it makes for a Job Order modification or change, shall furnish a price breakdown itemized as required by the HISD Issuing Authority. Pricing for such modifications shall be based on quantities mutually agreed to by the Contractor and HISD and the prices contained in the designated unit price book and the applicable Adjustment Factors. .
