Framework Management Structure 2.1.1 The Supplier shall provide a suitably qualified nominated contact (the “Supplier Framework Manager”) who will take overall responsibility for delivering the Goods and/or Services required within this Framework Agreement, as well as a suitably qualified deputy to act in their absence.

CONSUMER PRICE INDEX ADJUSTMENTS 20.1 The Licence Fee payable by the Licensee will be adjusted automatically each year, on 1 July, in accordance with the official Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by Statistics South Africa.
Cost Adjustments Both parties agree that contracted prices shall be fixed for the first 12 months of this Contract. CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is: 6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius. 4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.
