Price, Payment, Charges, and Interest. 2.1 The Customer shall pay each of CPE’s invoices in full on receipt of invoice free from any deduction, counterclaim or set-off, legal or equitable. Payment must be made in full before delivery of Products can be arranged. The Customer will pay the invoice in full regardless as to whether part or all of the invoice is in dispute.

  • Payment of Principal, Interest, Escrow Items, Prepayment Charges, and Late Charges Borrower will pay each Periodic Payment when due. Borrower will also pay any prepayment charges and late charges due under the Note, and any other amounts due under this Security Instrument. Payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument must be made in U.S. currency. If any check or other instrument received by Lender as payment under the Note or this Security Instrument is returned to Lender unpaid, Lender may require that any or all subsequent payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument be made in one or more of the following forms, as selected by Lender: (a) cash; (b) money order; (c) certified check, bank check, treasurer’s check, or cashier’s check, provided any such check is drawn upon an institution whose deposits are insured by a U.S. federal agency, instrumentality, or entity; or (d) Electronic Fund Transfer. Payments are deemed received by Lender when received at the location designated in the Note or at such other location as may be designated by Lender in accordance with the notice provisions in Section 16. Lender may accept or return any Partial Payments in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 2. Any offset or claim that Borrower may have now or in the future against Lender will not relieve Borrower from making the full amount of all payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument or performing the covenants and agreements secured by this Security Instrument.

  • Payment Due Dates and Interest Should the Owner fail to pay a proper invoice within thirty calendar days of receipt, the Design Professional shall notify the Owner in writing by Certified or Statutory mail. If the Owner fails to pay within five business days of receipt of the notice, the Design Professional shall receive, in addition the sum named in the proper invoice, interest thereon at the rate of one half (½) percent per month on the unpaid balance as may be due.

  • Late Payment Charge If any principal, interest or any other sums due under the Loan Documents (including the amounts due on the Maturity Date) are not paid by Borrower on or prior to the date on which it is due, Borrower shall pay to Lender upon demand an amount equal to the lesser of five percent (5%) of such unpaid sum or the Maximum Legal Rate in order to defray the expense incurred by Lender in handling and processing such delinquent payment and to compensate Lender for the loss of the use of such delinquent payment. You are responsible for determining the then-current service charges for The Services You request, in advance of using The Services. By requesting The Services, You acknowledge Your agreement to pay service charges for The Services as requested as then in effect. The Financial Institution can deduct such obligations from Your Account (or other Accounts belonging to You with Us) when The Services are requested or performed. New or amended service charges and fees will become effective on the stated effective date following publication, when The Services are requested or performed, or when incurred, and in any event, no later than 30 days after publication by Us.

  • CHARGES AND PAYMENT 6.1 The Charges for the Services shall be as set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, and shall be the full and exclusive remuneration of the Supplier in respect of the performance of the Services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer, the Charges shall include every cost and expense of the Supplier directly or indirectly incurred in connection with the performance of the Services.
