Common use of PRICE EVALUATION Clause in Contracts

PRICE EVALUATION. For the purpose of evaluation, and for no other purpose, evaluation of prices submitted will be made on the basis that the Government will order the estimated quantities shown in Section B – SERVICES AND PRICES, of this solicitation.
