Estimated Values. Pursuant to FAR 8.405-3(a)(4), at the time of award, the government estimates the total three year value of BPA obligations to be $100 million. The estimated value(s) are not ceilings and are provided for planning purposes only. The accumulated value of TOs issued under these BPAs may exceed this amount without modification to the BPA and the value of task orders may also fall outside the estimated ranges
