Price and Quality Reporting. Upon receipt in the country of Health Products purchased with Grant funds, the Principal Recipient shall promptly report to the Global Fund the prices it has paid for such Health Products and other information related to the quality of the Health Products, as specified in, and using the form of, the Price and Quality Reporting mechanism available on the website of the Global Fund.
