Common use of PRIAC Termination Clause in Contracts

PRIAC Termination. We reserve the right in Our sole judgment (i) to cease accepting at any time amounts for allocations to an Eligible Investment, and (ii) to not permit exchanges between Eligible Investments. We will exercise these rights in the circumstances when:
