Prevailing Wages for Public Works Projects. For public works projects, Contractor shall comply with all provisions of California laws dealing with prevailing wages, apprentices, and hours of work. Contractor shall also comply with provisions of Labor Code section 1720 as applicable. Contractor shall maintain certified payroll records evidencing such payment of prevailing wages as required by law.
