Common use of Press Release and Announcements Clause in Contracts

Unless required by law (in which case each Party agrees to consult with the other Parties prior to any such disclosure as to the form and content of such disclosure), no press releases or other releases of information related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby will be issued or released without the consent of AAG, Callaway Golf, and CGV.
